Abstract:
In this article the judicial authorities in Italy are researched to form a picture of their system. The Italian Constitution, the Judiciary law and laws on the concrete courts are analyzed. This article considers the competence of the judiciary above, allowing to form a holistic view of the judicial system in Italy.
