Abstract:
The article is devoted to the critical analysis of the federal legislation of the RF in sphere of protection of the rights of subjects of the personal data. Practice of protection of the rights of subjects of the personal data is investigated, the most significant sources of the right to protection of the personal data in the Russian Federation are analyzed.
