Abstract:
The article is devoted to institute of the constitutional regulation of restrictions on the preschedule termination of powers of parliament. The author carries out the comparative legal analysis of norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the constitutions of he countries of the West and East Europe fixing cases which approach attracts an interdiction for parliament dissolution.
