THE ANALYSIS OF LAWS OF SUBJECTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ABOUT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENCES OF FOREST USE

The analysis of laws of subjects of the Russian Federation about administrative offences of forest use has allowed to draw a conclusion that subjects of the Russian Federation do not fulfil the requirements of the administrative law of the Russian Federation. In majority of the administrative laws of subjects of the Russian Federation there is no liability for infringement of an order of preparation and collection of wood, wood resources and herbs by citizens for own needs.
