Abstract:
Questions of regulation of legislative process in subjects of the Russian Federation in decisions of the constitutional (statutory) courts of subjects of the Russian Federation are analyzed. Disputable positions of theory and practice of the constitutional justice are revealed. Offers on legislation and judiciary practice change are discussed.
