This article reflects the topical problem of accommodation allocation to orphans and persons with the same status. Regional legislation analysis shows that on the one hand it is necessary to establish the way how the place of residence will be defined. On the other hand, the federal law wordings which concern the moment when the respected persons get registered should be specified.
