ABOUT PROBLEM OF DEFINITION OF CONCEPT «AQUACULTURE» IN INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL LAW

The article is devoted to problem of ambiguous definition of concept «aquaculture» in the Russian legislation and international law certificates on the example of some documents. The necessity of the objective explanatory of this term in the project of the federal law «About an aquaculture» is stressed. Otherwise inconvenient application of norms of the legislative and other legal certificates regulating agroindustrial and fishing industrial complexes will remain.
