PROBLEMS OF INTERETHNIC TOLERANCE. LEGAL REGULATION OF INTERETHNIC RELATIONS IN GERMANY

In the article the actuality of problems of legal regulation of interethnic relations is substantiated. The author stresses topicality of the problem of formation and regulation of inter-ethnic tolerance; examines history and stages of Germany’s migration; analyzes the German experience of the inter-ethnic tolerance’s legal regulation.
