ON THE CRISIS OF SCHENGEN FREEDOMS

The author points out that crises in the EU directly influence the common space of freedom, security and justice, which was formed in result of the Schengen Agreement. Two major areas of reforming of the mentioned space are presented; some EU draft laws concerning this issue are described.
