Using different documents, articles from press, recollection of contemporaries, archive materials the author provides a picture of political events of 1917 in Yekaterinburg. He also considers the change of powerful and law-enforcement authorities in the city. Particular attention is paid to the individual bibliography of participants of those events which hadn’t been sufficiently covered in Soviet studies.
