A PRE-TRIAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT OR A SLANDER CONTRACT?

The article, which contains a scientific opinion on the criminal case, focuses on pre-trial cooperation agreements with two of three collaborators in illegal drug selling, when the condition about incrimination of third collaborator is the only subject of a pre-trial cooperation agreement with two other collaborators.
