THE BASIS FOR ACQUIREMENT OF CIVIL STATUS BY SOCIAL FORMATIONS

The author notes that the basis for acquirement of civil status by social formations (public formations and legal entities) and for their right to participate in civil law relations respectively is not their appropriate functional, powers and signs, due to which these formations could be considered such participants, but a certain procedure. Given the constitutional and civil legislation, the accession of social formations into civil law relations is explored.
