THE TECHNIQUES OF ACCUSING FOR THE COMMISSION OF CREDIT FRAUD AND OF TESTING THE VALIDITY OF SUCH ACCUSATION

The article discusses the features of the later phase of investigation of credit frauds. It describes how to solve the task of accusing for the commission of credit fraud and testing the validity of such accusation. The author recommends to use specific types of evidence in a certain sequence and combinations during the interrogation. Testing the validity of accusation is treated as an activity that includes suggesting and refining the versions both about guilt or innocence of the accused, about his possible participation in other episodes of the crime.
