THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF METHODICAL APPROACHES AND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF THE STATE ASSESSMENT RESULTS CONCERNING POPULATED LANDS, LOCATED UNDER THE INDUSTRIAL FACILITI ES, FOR TAXATION PURPOSES (by the example of JSC «Uralelectromed»)

By the example of lands located under the industrial facilities in Verhnyaya Pyshma, in particular the lands of JSC «Uralelectromed», the authors analyze a number of methodical approaches to cadastral assessment of different periods, discover their similarities and differences, benefits and drawbacks. Recommendations on improvement of the federal and regional land legislation are given.
