THE ECONOMY INFLUENCE ON THE EVOLUTION AND THE CURRENT STATE OF THE LABOUR LAW FUNCTIONS

The article deals with the influence of the type of society and the economy on the labour law functions since the formation of them and the emergence of labour law in the agricultural type of society and economy to the current time. The author analyzes the functions of labour law in transition societies and economies to industrial and then to postindustrial (information) society with an innovative type of economy. She determines socially important needs of the employer and the employee to the implementation of which administration and guarantee-security functions are directed. It is concluded that the development of the functions of labour law was not always evolutionary, during the global changes in the economy it has a revolutionary character.
