TO THE ISSUE OF DIFFERENTIATION OF PLUNDERS AND FAUNISTIC CRIMES

The legal aspects of plunders and faunistic crimes on illegal non-paid mercenary occupancy by fauna objects are considered. That is the acts, criminal liability for which is provided by articles 256, 258 and 2581 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The author wants to know whether the objects of fauna could be identified as the tangible objects possessing sings of things. The subjects of faunistic crimes are enumerated.
