NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION IN THE INDUSTRIAL REGIONS OF RUSSIA

The content of national and regional environmental policies and legal regulation of ecological relations concerning economic activities of industrial enterprises are considered. The author examines the features of implementing the regional environmental policy in the old industrial regions of the country, as well as in the areas not disturbed by economic activities. His attention is paid to the protection of life and health as well as environmental protection in these regions.
