THE APPLICATION OF MORAL STANDARDS AND MORAL PRINCIPLES IN THE LEGAL REGULATION OF WORK OF EMPLOYEES OF RELIGIOUS OR GANIZATIONS

The article is devoted to peculiarities of the legal status of persons carrying out professional activity on the territory of a religious organization. The legal regulation of work of employees of religious organizations operating on the basis of an employment contract is examined. The author emphasizes that the requirements of moral character, applicable to the employees of religious organizations, must be justified by the nature of their position, the degree of participation of the particular employee in the conduct of religious rites and, finally, the principle of non-discrimination. On the basis of above a conclusion about the need to improve the legislation concerning legal regulation of work of employees of religious organizations is made.
