PROBLEMS OF MODERN UNDERSTANDING OF THE METHODOLOGY OF CIVIL JURISPRUDENCE

The article examines various approaches to understanding of the methodology of jurisprudence, substantiates the construction of the methodology of civil jurisprudence. The author shows its content, structure, functional levels, relationship with object and subject of civil science, as well as the significance for the further development of civil cognition and law enforcement practice.
