THE INDIVIDUAL ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL REGIME

A separate regime of laying individual non-coercive legal obligation and limitations by the executive authorities is considered on the basis of norms of administrative law. The author reveals ways of influencing administrative and legal status of individuals under this regime and analyzes its elements and grounds for its establishment. There is an evaluation of the administrative-tort law modernization by means of another increase in the number of administrative coercive measures.
