Abstract:
The article considers the problem of how conflict and cooperation relations can influence on the content and character of a legal regulation. The analysis of cooperation and conflict as social-lawful interaction types is carried out. The regularities reflecting the mechanism of forming legal rights mediating conflict and solidary types of social interactions are described.
