EUROPEAN EVIDENCE ORDER

The article is dedicated to problems of legal assistance in criminal matters in EU memberstates. In the article questions of using of evidence, that was received in EU countries, are researched in details. Procedure of sending and receiving of requests about freezing between EU member-states is also characterised. The article provides an analysis of main problems of using of the European evidence order.
