MONARCHIC FOUNDATIONS IN CERTAIN MODERN STATE AND INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATIONS

This article touches on the legal constructions of the international authorities that include one’s Sovereign in it. The authors suppose some cases for optimization of functions execution by Sovereigns of the United Kingdom and the Netherlands in the teeth of the States that recently were in the latter colonial empires.
