THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN: IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET LOST

Thе article is devoted to the right to be forgotten. This richt gives to every person, who was  the subject of collection, storage and processing of data or who voluntarily and by himself published personal information, to demand the termination of access to his personal data which are inaccurate, outdated or irrelevant to that person. Although the term «right to be forgotten» is a rather new invention, there were previous prerequisites and similar mechanisms, and аrt. 17 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights is a proof for that.
