EVIDENCE REQUIRES JUSTIFICATION

The article discusses some ways to achieve true expert knowledge in the preparation of the findings of their research. Special attention is paid to making the results of the expert knowledge – of the preparation of forensic medical reports. The main stages of this kind of expert activities are presented, recommendations for the formulation of conclusions and their reasoning are given.
