SINERGETIC MODELS OF LEGAL ORDER ORGANIZATION AT THE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVELS

On the basis of a recently published theory of the code foundations of social designing the author formulates a conception of a code model of legal order organization that is alternative to the sinergetic model of «order out of chaos» used in provocative technologies of illegitimate transformations of a legal order. Particular directions of its practical application are proposed.
