ON THE PRESERVATION OF RARE AND ENDANGERED SPECIES OF BIRDS AND ANIMALS AND ON THE LEGAL REGULATION OF HUNTING
Article:
The author offers some ways of improving the legislation on hunting and preservation of rare and endangered species of birds and animals. The concept of hunting is supplemented with such action as primary processing of hunting resources, which leads to plucking of birds and the butchering of the carcasses of ungulates. In this regard, the hunting inspectors are unable to determine the species, sex and age of game species. The author proposes to establish the limits of primary processing of hunting resources.
