Abstract:
The author traces the development of I. Kant’s concepts, particularly in private law sphere, in Neo-Kantian post-classical doctrines by A. Schopenhauer and R. Stammer, a well-known representative of the Marburg School. He also considers their philosophical and legal findings concerning the regularities in development of law and its correlation with spiritual and material realms.
