WAYS TO FORM THE BODIES OF CONSTITUTIONAL CONTROL IN CIS COUNTRIES

The article considers the methods of forming the bodies of constitutional control on the basis of CIS legislation. The correlation between a way of forming the body and an appointment of the chairman and deputy chairman of the body is revealed. А way of forming the body of constitutional control ensures its independence from the other public authorities, but not all of the CIS states have implemented this principle.
