Abstract: 

In the current RF Civil Code, there are no any common rules concerning plurality of persons. That is why the author refers to the provisions on community of rights fixed in the foreign legislation, such as the German Civil Code, сivil codes of the Netherlands, Moldova and Turkmenistan. The author concludes that none of the considered codes contains rules that comprehensively govern relations of community of rights. But since the foreign civil legislation tends to be higher that domestic one, it is possible to use foreign experience to establish an appropriate legal structure in Russian civil law.
