USA IMMIGRATION POLICY IN US-MEXICO BILATERAL RELATIONS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 21st CENTURY

The article deals with a key issue of US National Security that is protection and control of the US State Borders. Meanwhile, the US-Mexico Border has become one of the areas of deep and serious concern of the US authorities for previous centuries. Thus, the author suggests that the current USA Immigration System does not guarantee the appropriate level of national security. Also, the researcher believes that only national consensus and an efficient Comprehensive Immigration Reform will help to solve a tangle of the modern American society.
