Abstract: 

The article examines intervention in contractual legal relations in the form of concluding a competing contract. The legal regulation of property alienation relations and judicial practice in considering disputes over competing contracts are analyzed. Based on domestic and foreign experience, conclusions are drawn about the current state of legal regulation.
