Abstract: 

This article analyzes the problems and current issues related to fostering law-abiding behavior in minors, combating neglect, offenses and crimes, as well as the specifics of prosecutorial oversight of the implementation of education legislation, preventing deviant behavior among students, their Internet addiction, involvement in illegal, terrorist, extremist and other self-destructive activities using the Internet and protection from illegal content. The authors examine in detail the problematic solutions subject to prosecutorial review in this area of prosecutorial activity.
