Abstract: 

The article deals with the problems of the correlation of the legal concepts of «legal procedure» and «juridical procedure». For the purpose of their research, a comparative analysis of the broader legal categories «law» and «jurisprudence», as well as legal phenomena such as legal activity and juridical activity, is carried out. Based on the analysis of theoretical provisions on the content and correlation of the concepts of law and jurisprudence, legal activity and juridical activity, a conclusion is drawn about the correlation of the concepts of legal procedure and juridical procedure.
