THE PLACE OF DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY IN THE SYSTEM OF INFORMATION LAW

The article is devoted to the study of the place of digital sovereignty (as a legal institution) in the system of information law. The author analyzes the existing approaches to understanding the system of information law and identifies, in particular their common ground. It is indicated that there is a relationship between the legal support for information security and the legal support for digital sovereignty. The author concludes that digital sovereignty (as a legal institution) should have its place in the sub-sector of legal support for information security.
