INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION WITHIN FRAMEWORK OF TORT UNDERTAKING: THEORY AND PRACTICE

The article is focused on the genesis and typology of tort undertaking, juxtaposed with the fundamental imperatives of morality and ethics and traditional values, affecting the evolution of the Russian legal system. Author considers actual problems of IP rights protection within the broader context of ensuring the state sovereignity and complying with the international law principles and regulations including invoking such institutions as retorsions and reprisals.
