ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL DISPUTE AND TRENDS OF ITS TRANSFORMATION IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Modern trends in the regulation of public relations indicate the increasing importance of information systems and digital technologies in resolving disputes arising between various subjects of law. This article is devoted to the study of the category of «administrative-legal dispute», which expresses the public-legal nature of administrative justice. The author raises the problems of the correlation of such concepts as «dispute», «disagreement» and «legal (juridical) conflict». The opinion is expressed on the need to improve the regulatory framework in the field of dispute resolution with the participation of legal entities of public law. The essential features of an administrative dispute are revealed and its types are considered. Based on the analysis of conceptual approaches to the study of this category, the author’s concept of «administrative and legal dispute» is proposed.
