CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL ISSUES OF LAW FOR ACCESS TO JUSTICE IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION

The problems of constitutional and sectoral powers that form the content of the right of access of interested persons to justice are analyzed. Within the framework of the presented article, a general description of access to justice, its features in relation to various forms of legal proceedings in the context of digitalization is given. Based on the results of the study, some problems of the implementation of the constitutional principle in practice are identified and ways to solve them are proposed.
