Abstract: 

The article presents a general scheme for implementing an executive search for the debtor’s property. It provides certain positions regarding the procedure for searching for property, expressed by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. The author indicates some options for concealing property by the debtor, including alienating such property to third parties. The bailiff-executor’s actions for detecting such property and its seizure are considered.
