Abstract: 

The article analyses the control and supervisory functions of the prosecutor’s office in the protection of employees’ labour rights. The interaction between the prosecutor’s office and the state labour inspectorates is assessed, and the methods of such interaction are discussed. The problems of regulating the protection of employees’ labour rights by the prosecutor’s office are identified, and options for solving them are proposed.
