Article:
The article reveals the procedure for the employer’s actions in case of micro-injuries (micro-traumas) of employees. The reasons for micro-traumas at work are considered. It is indicated that the most common example of non-compliance by employees with labour protection requirements is the non-use of personal protective equipment issued to them, which must be used when working in harmful or dangerous conditions and in special temperature conditions. The authors highlight the consequences of concealment by the employer of the facts of employees’ micro-injuries at the workplace. They point out that conscientious and conscious compliance with labour protection legislation will help to avoid negative consequences for employees, as well as material and reputational losses for employers.
