SOME TERMINOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF SOCIAL SECURITY LAW
Article:
The author notes that the social security laws, especially in terms of establishing social benefits, changes very quickly, which often leads to an unreasonable increase in the conceptual apparatus of social security law. Excessive terminological diversity violates sectoral principles, creates obstacles to law enforcement activities by misleading recipients of payments and law enforcers. The latter also face problems of misuse and incorrect interpretation of terms by the legislator, when certain types of social payments are interpreted exclusively in a civilistic context without taking into account the grounds, principles and doctrine of social security law.
