Abstract: 

The article notes the importance of transplantology both for the state and for the development of medicine. The author points out the problem of posthumous donation in the context of obtaining the consent of the relatives of the deceased. Taking into account modern practice and the state of the normative regulation of transplantology, the article highlights the risks of a political, medical, ethical and legal nature and suggests some ways to overcome them.
