The article provides a brief overview of international agreements regulating cooperation between states in administrative matters. Some features of this form of legal assistance are noted. Acts of the Russian Federation that implement the provisions of these agreements and the powers of the state authorities of the Russian Federation to provide legal assistance in administrative matters are described. The author suggests considering such legal assistance as an institution of international enforcement law.
