THE THEORY OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE LAW DEVELOPMENT NEEDS TO BE DEVELOPED

The article substantiates the need for the scientific development of the theory of criminal procedure law development and the related continuity problem. The author believes that the universal theory of legal phenomena development could and should help a legal scholar to look closer at the problems of the subject matter. There is also another way: to obtain the material necessary for elaborating the meta-legal development theory, by clarifying the patterns that actually exist in various sectoral legal entities.
