SPECIFICS OF THE CONCLUSION AND TERMINATION OF AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WITH PERSONS OF PRE-RETIREMENT AGE
Article:
The article identifies possible employment problems of persons of pre-retirement age, which are directly related to the pension reform. The category of citizens to which persons of pre-retirement age belong is characterized. The author investigates the legal grounds for the conclusion of an employment contract, as well as the conditions under which the dismissal of such workers and the conclusion of a fixed-term contract with them are unacceptable. It was found that the criminalization of unjustified refusal to hire or unjustified dismissal of a person approaching pre-retirement age will not address the pension crisis.
