THE PROBLEM OF VARIABLE DEFINITION OF THE SUBJECT OF ENVIRONMENTAL LAW
Article:
The article considers the problem of doctrinal differences in the understanding of the subject of legal regulation of environmental law. It is shown that the reason of such variability is the vague definition of regulated public relations in the Federal Law «On Environmental Protection». In science, the subject of environmental law is considered to be either all relations arising in the sphere of interaction between society and nature or only environmental relations. Such an understanding of the subject leaves no chance for an unambiguous understanding of environmental law per se as a branch of Russian law.
