Abstract:
The article explores historical foundations of the formation of a subjective composition of the Ancient Rome law. In particular, the sources of the law of Ancient Rome, the prerequisites for its separation into independent systems of public and private law, leading to the identification of special participants of legal relations for each of these systems, are analyzed.
