ON A LEGAL NORM AS A RULE OF CONDUCT IN THE STUDY AND TEACHING OF LAW

Today, there are still a lot of disputed issues of law-understanding such as how the concepts of legal norm and rule of conduct relate to each other; whether any single legal norm has three structural elements (hypothesis, disposition, sanction); whether the granting of subjective rights has a deontological character, etc. The article discusses certain problems of studying such dogmatic issues by students, and suggests some options for their overcoming.
