ON THE USE OF COMPENSATORY MEANS BY A PROSECUTOR WHO SUPERVISES OVER THE EXECUTION OF THE LAW BY INQUIRY AND PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION BODIES

The article deals with the problem of the lack of powers of prosecutors who supervise over the execution of laws by the bodies conducting inquiry and preliminary investigation. The author proposes some methods for its resolution, in particular, the use of compensatory powers and legal means by the prosecutor’s office.
